By using the services and website of Karimi Graphics, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders or submitting any information.

1. Services Offered

Karimi Graphics offers customized printing and graphic design services, including but not limited to visiting cards, bill books, letterheads, brochures, stickers, boxes, and branding materials. All products are created as per client specifications.

2. Order Placement & Approval

  • Orders are confirmed only after final design approval by the customer.

  • We share artwork proofs for approval before printing begins.

  • Once approved, Karimi Graphics is not liable for any errors in content, design, spelling, or layout.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and may be subject to change without notice.

  • 100% advance or minimum 50% advance payment is required to begin any order.

  • Remaining balance, if any, must be paid before delivery or dispatch.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time depends on product type and order quantity.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation.

  • Delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or incorrect inputs will not be our responsibility.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before printing has started.

  • If the order is canceled after design approval but before printing, design service charges may be deducted.

  • Once printing begins, cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of products, we do not accept returns.

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or misprinted items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Copyrights & Ownership

  • All designs created by Karimi Graphics remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, or text provided for printing.

8. Privacy

  • All customer data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share or sell your personal information with any third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Karimi Graphics shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profit caused by printing errors or delivery delays

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
